Vote Result: Adopted, May 29 2013, by a vote of 36 votes in favour, 1 vote against (Venezuela), and 8 abstentions (Angola, Congo, Ecuador, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Philippines, and Uganda), as orally amended.
